Indicative labour prices. Parts are quoted separately.
Makes we service
European, Japanese and Korean passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. For electric and hybrid vehicles, we perform brakes, suspension and general maintenance.
Moto service
Our motorcycle bay has its own lift, tools and mechanic.
Buying a used bike?
Bring it in before you pay. Our pre-purchase inspection checks engine, frame, suspension, brakes and electrics, and you get a written report you can take to the seller.
We also sell motorcycles, parts and accessories.
Parts
Retail at the counter, wholesale for trade customers.
Retail
Filters, oils, brake parts, belts, bulbs, batteries, wipers and accessories for cars and motorcycles. What we do not stock, we order, usually for delivery within one to two working days.
Wholesale
Garages and service stations in the Chernihiv region can open a trade account with fixed discounts and deferred payment. Send us your company details through the booking form, choosing "Wholesale account".

MOTORPRO LLC is a service station and parts supplier in Chernihiv. We opened with cars and added a motorcycle bay when riders in the city told us they had nowhere reliable to go.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MOTORPRO LLC ("MotorPro", "we") handles personal data of people who book services, leave vehicles at our workshop, buy parts, or open trade accounts. It is issued under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and reflects the GDPR for visitors from the European Union.

2. Bookings
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, vehicle type and model, the service requested, the date and time you chose and a description of the problem. We use this only to confirm and prepare your appointment.
3. Vehicles in our care
At drop-off we record the registration number, VIN or frame number, mileage, fuel level and existing visible damage, and may photograph the vehicle for the intake record. During repair we record the work performed, parts fitted and test results. If a car's infotainment system is connected to your phone, we do not access it; we recommend disconnecting personal devices before drop-off.
4. Workshop video surveillance
The service bays and parking area are monitored by CCTV to protect vehicles in our care and to ensure safety. Recordings are kept for up to 14 days, unless required to investigate an incident or damage claim.
5. Parts customers and trade accounts
For parts orders we process your contacts and the vehicle identifiers needed to select the right part. For wholesale accounts we process company details and the contact information of the company's representatives, along with order and payment history.
6. Purposes and grounds
- Performing service and sale contracts (contract).
- Providing the 12-month warranty on work and parts, which requires keeping repair records (contract and legitimate interest).
- Fiscal, accounting and tax compliance (legal obligation).
- Protecting vehicles and property on our premises (legitimate interest).
- Service reminders, only if you have agreed to receive them (consent).
7. Sharing
Parts suppliers (vehicle identifiers only), manufacturers for warranty and recall checks, insurers if you ask us to repair under an insurance claim, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
8. Retention
- Repair and warranty records: 3 years after the warranty ends.
- Intake photographs: 6 months after the vehicle is collected.
- CCTV: up to 14 days.
- Unconfirmed bookings: 3 months.
- Accounting records: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion (where no legal retention applies), restriction and a portable copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent to reminders at any time. We respond within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to an EU supervisory authority.
